The Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation is located approximately 60 kilometres north of Leinster and 680 kilometres north-east of Perth, Western Australia. Joining the team at the commencement of the project, well before construction began, Level Solutions’ ability to facilitate risk assessment and convert into the real world to address issues before they escalated added immense value for our client, as did our can-do attitude when it came to delivery.
Liontown aimed to transition the tenement from what was essentially an ‘empty dustbowl’ to first spodumene production within just 14 months — a timeline many considered unachievable.
However, Level Solutions, working closely with the Liontown team and its other project partners, contributed significantly to this success, through early identification of project risk and maintaining a hands-on, can-do approach.
Level Solutions was instrumental in navigating the intricacies of the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) agreement.
